Technotrans India officially inaugurated in Chennai

With opening of their new office in Chennai, technotrans India has become officially operational in India. They celebrated the opening ceremony with their customers and partners in the Indian printing industry, along with major press manufacturers.

K Balaji, managing director of Kasturi & Sons Ltd, publisher of The Hindu graced the occasion as chairman of the event and inaugurated the new office. One of the biggest English newspapers in India, The Hindu is the valued customer of technotrans with installation of contex.mb, eco.clean systems besides other products.

“It was a special evening for technotrans, because it indicates a milestone in our commitment to the Indian market,” said Ralph Pernizsak, regional managing director of technotrans Asia-Pacific, thanking all colleagues who were involved in the opening ceremony with special mention to Jennifer Matthew, wife of Matthew ST Sunil, general manager, technotrans India, for organizing and leading through the perfect evening which left a long standing and positive impression on all prominent attendees.

On the occasion, technotrans also officially announced the ‘technotrans Green Printer award India’. The award was launched by professor Lalitha Jayaraman. It will be presented to a green printer annually in cooperation with Anna University, Chennai during IMPRINT event at the Department of Technology.
