This fully automatic double head intelligent rigid box making machine greatly improves the production efficiency and production speed up to 42 Boxes/Minute. It is suitable for production of high end rigid boxes for multiple applications like: electronic products, mobile phone, mobile accessories jewellery boxes, cosmetics, watches, gift boxes, sweet boxes, shoe boxes etc.
The machine adopts Feida Paper Feeder driven by servo motors. It also features Intelligent Automatic Glue Viscosity Control System, Constant temperature controller and 24Hrs Glue pre heating control function. It also has Delta Robotic Arm & Visual Positioning system for high precision accuracy (±0.1mm). Its 20-Mega pixel single camera with large aperture suitable for maximum paper size 600 x 800 mm. The machine adopts high pile platform for paper feeder and board feeder for non-stop working. The machine also has automatic box lifting & conveying to prevent scratching. Its Double Head Forming unit has 999 programs to store various jobs and one click switching mode for quick job change over.
