Sri Padmavathi Digitals transforms print with PixelGlow
Hyderabad-based Sri Padmavathi Digitals has invested in a PixelGlow which is ‘Made in India’ product by Monotech Systems Limited, which is a highly-advanced and economical digital print enhancement machine ever produced in India to help commercial printers to incarnate graphic prints into new avatars. It is based on drop-on-demand inkjet multi-pass printing technology. Handling media on flatbed, it can add varnish of thickness up to 240 microns on broad range of substrates ranging from 170gsm to 500gsm, delivering enhanced graphics in resolution of 600x4800dpi. It also comes with advanced 3rd eye technology for perfect registration.
Since its establishment in 2008, Sri Padmavathi Digitals has been engaging in commercial printing encompassing string of premium quality products. Santosh Kumar, Proprietor of Sri Padmavathi Digitals, says they primarily engage in printing and production of products like brochures, business cards, catalogues, marketing collaterals, fliers and others. He adds that the company’s current clients are predominantly from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and surrounding regions.
Santosh further adds, “Over the years, trends in the commercial printing market have been changed as ordinary prints nowadays have little or no room at all. Most of the demands in the market are of bespoke prints or something novel that stands out unique and revolves closely around additional visual appeals. This is what we aim at maintaining to the fullest by using Monotech Systems’ PixelGlow- Digital UV and foiling machine.”
“Compatibly enhancing diverse prints produced on digital presses, offsets and laminators, PixelGlow is a highly flexible print enhancement press we have ever owned. This UV and foiling machine has changed the way we add value to prints,” mentions Santosh, adding that they run a Xerox digital colour production press to produce commercial prints that have been enhanced on the PixelGlow for adding ‘wow’ factors and pushing business to the next level.”
“It is user friendly, ease of operation and we eventually found immense opportunities with it when it comes to adding value to any commercial print output we produce,’ he concludes.
