Added new to the fleet of machines is a PixelGlow Radiant Pro alongside a couple of RICOH digital production presses from Monotech Systems Limited.
“When it comes to embellishing graphics of our custom-printed items, we were in need of an advanced digital system. Monotech Systems’ PixelGlow UV and foiling system is designed & engineered to embellish graphic prints accurately and reliably in high speed. Based on variable dot technology, this printing enhancement system is designed perfectly with efficient vacuum suction for flatbed, height adjustment system, and finally delivering consistent print quality. Capable of spot UV, CMYK and WV textures, PixelGlow offers brilliant graphic communication products with tangible dimensions. PixelGlow is compatible with substrates larger than A3 size (up to B3 size/ 355×508 mm). The substrates are weighted from 170gsm up to 500gsm with thickness up to 500microns (0.5mm). In this, varnish thickness for the materials is up to 240 microns with special varnish ink. This powerhouse also features advanced 3rd eye technology for perfect registration. “After all, we use the PixelGlow to add high impact effects and textures to graphic prints,” says Vijyant.
