RICOH has recently launched the RICOH Pro 8400 sheet-fed monochrome printer. “Productive and easy to operate, the new RICOH Pro 8400 is environmental friendly with features such as increased use of recycled plastic and electric furnace steel in its construction and reduced plastic packaging,” shares Keisuke Saka, Leader – Technology Marketing Section, RICOH Graphic Communications BU.
“The printer has been launched globally and got huge response. It is designed on our popular 8300 model but it enhances the experience. With a compatibility to handle a media ranging from 40gsm up to 400gsm, it is a versatile digital press,” tells Koji. Commenting on the RICOH Pro C7500 and RICOH Pro C9500, he adds that these printers are increasingly used short run customised jewellery boxes, perfumes and food items. On the company’s expansion plan in the Indian market, Atul informs, “We believe in 100% customers’ satisfaction, so we provide good machines as well as good after-sales support to our valued customers.”
