To strengthen its foothold in the digital graphic arts market, the company showed its latest Mono Production Machine 4127 along with expanded portfolio of offerings. Through live demonstrations of its portfolio of colour products from office to production range, the event created awareness about the benefits of digital printing and educated partners on Xerox products and solutions. ‘on-demand printing’ and various other applications on its latest Mono Production 4127 equipment, the company presented how digital printers can increase business productivity and explore new revenue opportunities in the graphic arts segment with Xerox DC 700 and DC 252 models.

Xerox also hosted a seminar to highlight how organizations are exploiting the profit potential from digital printing and trends in the areas of variable information printing, digital proofing and short-run digital colour output. Xerox DocuColor range of digital presses is one of Xerox’s leading and highest selling digital colour production presses in India. The presses are a part of their extensive product portfolio and are engineered to produce more jobs with high image quality at affordable prices. DocuColor range includes Xerox DC242/252/260, DCP700, DC 5000 and the Xerox DC 8000 amongst others.

“On-demand printing and publishing is a dramatic trend impacting the printing industry. This trend has been primarily fuelled by a desire to market to a specific audience by printing in short runs and at the same time leveraging the impact of colour. Yet, designers, printers and discerning customers have always been asked to compromise when it comes to short run printing. Xerox ‘on-demand printing & publishing’ is done just-in-time, 1:1 and over the internet,” said Kuldeep Malhotra, associate director (North & East), Production System Group (PSG), Xerox India, commenting on the road show.
