Galgo Fine Papers launches it’s financial year calendar, conducts Galgo Cricket League

The calendar launch event of Galgo Fine Papers is always looked upon in the print & creative industry as an opportunity to witness some of the finest creative jobs done across the country in the past year, and also to meet the who’s who of the print, creative & corporate world under one roof. This year Galgo-Samwha Calendar 2015-2016 is themed HAVANA- by Rohit. The launch took place at Tavern on Green, New Delhi. The event was well attended by known personalities from the print, advertising & creative world, corporate houses and others associated with the industry.

The calendar showcases the most thoughtful shots from the lenses of Rohit Chawla depicting the lifestyle, architecture & people of Cuba- The Land of Miracles. The calendar, which is a visual treat, is printed on Iris Paper from Samwha Paper, Korea & printed at Lustra Print Process using some excellent print applications. On the occasion, Suneet Jain- head, Galgo Fine Papers said, “Our clients continue to drive us to deliver the best of our capabilities. With the growing market trends, it’s our constant endeavour to keep adding more varieties to our range to cater to the diverse customer requirements.

Besides, Galgo Fine Paper took an “Out of the Box” initiative by bringing the Battle of Brains out on the Cricket Greens in the form of a cricket tournament -Galgo Cricket League. For the first time any fine paper company in India have conducted such an event.

Galgo Cricket League (GCL) 2015 was played amongst the corporate teams from creative and print fraternity of Delhi/ NCR, which included Thomson, Lustra, Weiden Kennedy, Penguin Random House, Vivek Sahni Design, Avantika Printers, Innocean, Reed Elsevier etc. Team Innocean won the trophy of GCL-2015, whereas the GCL 2015 Runnerup Trophy went to team Thomson.
