Canon India launches MFDs for young entrepreneurs

In a sheer attempt to foster the colour printing market in India, Canon India recently announced the launch of new range of A3 and A4 colour Multi-function Devices (MFDs). The new products launched in the A3 segment are ImageRUNNER ADVANCE (iRADV) C3300 series comprising iR-ADV C3320/C3325/C3330 and ImageRUNNER ADVANCE C350i in A4 segment, deliver high quality output, low maintenance cost and enhanced media handling upto 300gsm paper with A3 plus paper size. With this launch Canon is poised to expand horizons into commercial sector (particularly copy shops).

Kazutada Kobayashi, president and CEO, Canon India Pvt Ltd said, “Innovation has always been a driving force at Canon and our new series of colour MFDs reflect our commitment towards offering worldclass technology.” K Bhaskhar, VP – Business Imaging Solutions Division, Canon India remarked, “In India, we currently have a market share of 26.8 percent in A3 colour segment and with the latest addition to the colour MFD series, we are expecting to gain an additional market share.”
