Dr. Pabha Kulkarni Pratishthan scholarships

After the sad demise of Dr Pabha Kulkarni last year (on October 24, 2014), Mudranmaharshi Dr Pabha Kulkarni Pratishthan (Trust) was established. Apart from being the long serving chairman of Pune Vidyarthi Griha (PVG) and the founder director of both PVG’s College of Engineering & Technology as well as Maharashtra Institute of Printing Technology, Dr Kulkarni had been attributed to pioneering & path-breaking work and gigantic contribution in the fields of education & printing. For his exemplary and selfless dedication and work he was conferred the honorary title of “Mudranmaharshi” by the printing fraternity and society in general.

To start with, this Trust intends to award annual scholarships to needy, underprivileged & promising students in the field of printing education as well as felicitate and honour outstanding and noteworthy contribution/work in the printing industry through “Professional Excellence” awards.

The Trust recently commenced its’ activities in a function organised at Muktangan English school auditorium and was graced by eminent business personality. DS Kulkarni, chief guest, awarded monetary scholarships to six deserving students (three pursuing their Printing Diploma and three their Printing Degree education) for the academic year 2015-16. Apart from this, three eminent and senior personalities from the education & printing field were also felicitated.
