Continuing to increase their offerings in Indian market, Pitney Bowes India has now launched the much awaited solution DocWell, specially created for the stock broking community to provide an end-to-end in-house document management solution that manages various customer communications needs like dispatch of contract notes, quarterly statements, Demat statements, etc. The company has introduced three variations in DocWell including: DocWell basic, DocWell Zoom and DocWell Zoom Plus that can handle document volumes ranging from 1,00,000 documents to 5,00,000 per month, with processing speeds ranging from 3,600 to 5,400 mail pieces per hour.

Meanwhile, the company also introduced digital franking solutions with enhanced capabilities to its customers across India, enabling them to streamline the mailing process and control their postal expenses to a considerable extent. KM Nanaiah, managing director, Pitney Bowes India said, “The new age digital franking machines are a great value add to any organization – while the marketing community can use it to send customized messages with each outgoing mail piece.” The new digital franking technology has been launched under the proven DM platform which has been very successful across the globe. The technology has recently been approved by Department of Post in India.
