BST Eltromat is now offering TubeScan Digital, for wide web (up to 1100 mm) applications which provide considerably higher process reliability with the base function. This system can be installed on any press during the printing stage or on a Doctoring Machine to detect defects.
Few of the salient features of the system include 100 percent web inspection, 100 percent of the time. It offers minimum defect size of approx. 0.3 mm and camera resolution up to 0.167 mm. It can detect print defects, register defects and colour variations. It has a job saving function for repeat orders. The doctoring machine stops and brings back the defective material for removal/correction. Optional features include UV Illumination- monitoring security features and job report.
