Pure play of digital printing

Entering new year as well as new decade, the printer community in India is expecting major changes, with hope to greater business having more efficient technologies. Pondering over acceptance of digital printing technologies in India during the last decade, we found out that around five hundred mark of high-end digital presses from Canon, HP, Kodak, Konica Minolta, Ricoh and Xerox would have been achieved across the country. As major digital press providers have been leaving no stone unturned in promoting very applications of digital printing and consistent technological advancements.

Now, the time ahead shall present all positive climate for pure play of digital printing when technology providers would leverage the increasing confidence of printers in digital printing, and printers would prefer to go digital in a big way recognising immense business potentials

in this segment (photobooks- a fast growing area) of printing and its operational flexibility due to viable features. So, the new decade is going to vamp the printing scenario in the Indian graphic arts industry with greater acceptance of digital presses owing to coalescing concepts of digital and offset printing.
