W+D acquires Halm Industries Mailing solutions

Winkler+Dünnebier GmbH (W+D), a Barry-Wehmiller company, is strengthening its position as a long-term technology and service-solutions partner for the envelope and printed mail market with the acquisition of Halm Industries, a leading manufacturer of offset and digital printing presses. Halm has locations in Glen Head, New York, and Warmond, Netherlands.

With Halm as its 89th acquisition, Barry-Wehmiller, headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri (USA), grows to more than 11,000 team members in 100-plus locations worldwide.
