The Spring Festival Gala Dinner of the 7th All in Print China (AIP 2018) to be held from October 24-28, 2018 at SNIEC, Shanghai, China, was grandly held in Shanghai on January 18, 2018. WANG Yanbin, President of The Printing Technology Association of China; CHANG Xiaoxia, General Manager of Beijing Keyin Media & Culture Co, Ltd; Heiko M Stutzinger, Deputy General Manager of Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co, Ltd, and LI Xinli, President of Shanghai Printing Trade Association were present at the gala dinner. It gathered representatives from international associations like the NPES, the VDMA and domestic industrial associations as well as management of top suppliers in various fields including UP Group, GOSS, YOCO Shanghai, Ricoh, Fujifilm, Komori, Screen, Siegwerk, Taiyo Kikai, Basch, Avery, Omet, Yuncheng Plate Making and CRON. Nearly 100 honoured guests shared the development and up-to date news of AIP 2018.

In her welcome speech, WANG Yanbin pointed out that AIP will aim at leading the development of the printing industry. “The organizers, hand in hand with all industry col-leagues, will build a platform for exchange and display to present a full picture of the development trend and innovation of the global printing industry,” she said. She also mentioned that the World Print and Communication Forum Board Meeting and the Global Technology Summit Forum will be held concurrently with AIP to make visitors learn comprehensively the global trend and know the latest technology.

While, Heiko M. Stutzinger, said that relying on the headquarter Messe Düsseldorf GmbH’s global promotional channels and networks, especially the resources of drupa, Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) will make greater efforts to make AIP an influential inter-national event that promotes the cooperation in printing industry.

AIP has been hosted in Shanghai all the time since its establishment in 2003. As the co-organizer, Shanghai Printing Trade Association has given great supports to AIP’s development. President LI Xinli said that as the co-organizer of AIP, Shanghai Printing Trade Association will keep playing its role as an association to unite and join forces from all sides, give complete support to AIP, make visitors from the globe better understand the development of China’s printing industry, and seek new opportunities for exhibitors.

Liu Yiping, General Manager of exhibition dept. of Beijing Keyin Media & Culture Co., Ltd. shared the preparation progress of the 7th All in Print China. Up till now, 760 enterprises have registered as exhibitors and the registered exhibition area has exceeded 100,000 square meters. Over 70% of booths have been arranged.

All in Print China 2018

During October 24-28, 2018, the 7th All in Print China will present the theme of “Enter the Era of Intelligent Printing.” The scale will be upgraded again, occupying 9 halls of Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC) and covering over 110,000 square meters. The event is expected to attract more than 1,000 exhibitors and 100,000 visitors from all over the world.

AIP 2018 will set up seven classic thematic pavilions: pavilions for digital pre-press, comprehensive printing, post-press converting, packaging equipment, ink & innovative materials, label industry and comprehensive equipment. In the mean time, three special display zones are added: flexible packaging zone, corrugated carton zone, and inkjet equipment zone. To present intelligent manufacturing and innovative S&T development in printing, the AIP organizers have planned three thematic display areas: “Innovation Factory” founded in 2016 which will gather web-to-print, green solution, AR/VR technology and 3D printing. A special innovative product zone is added in order to showcase innovative applications in the areas of label, digital printing, flexible packaging, inkjet and printing altogether, and show the greatest strength of applications in the printing industry. In addition to the Innovation Factory, Intelligent Factory and Customized Expe-rience Pavilion thematic areas are specially designed to cover the whole industry chain, push forward implementation of innovation-driven development strategy and present deep integration of the Internet, big data, and artificial intelligence into the printing industry.

Thanks to the AIP organizer’s quality resources and hard work, the promotion of AIP and exhibitors’ participation have been activated online and offline, within and outside of China.

In particular, the AIP organizers will apply the latest AR technology to make 3D display and promotion schemes, and enrich a full set of integrated solution of onsite demonstration + virtual exhibition on PC web + mobile match-making to be the first one to achieve a “never-ending” exhibition in the printing industry.
