JK Paper ties up with HP for ColorLok technology

JK Paper, India’s one of the leading and established paper manufacturers, has become the first Indian company to produce and market ColorLok copier paper in India. Tying-up exclusively with HP for ColorLok Technology will help JK Paper bringing in world class printing paper for the increasingly demanding of India customers. ColorLock Technology involves surface treatment of paper which improves quality of print and compaitability of printers, photocopiers and other DTP applications. It is based on a class of paper additives that visibly enhace the print quality. A specific chemical interaction between additives and the pigment holds the pigment on the paper surface while the rest of the ink penetrates deep into the paper, resulting in the crisp, vivid print quality.
