The Printing Technologists Forum celebrated the 31st anniversary of its foundation by honouring nine longstanding members and by arranging a special lecture by K Vipinendran, life member of the forum and associate professor, Department of Printing Technology, Anna University, Chennai.

UK-trained Vipinendran who teaches and lectures at different forums on HR and management subjects, took the centre stage again at the programme of The Printing Technologists Forum giving a special lecture on the art and science of handling difficult people. According to Vipinendran, a difficult person is someone who creates difficulties for others. It is far better to address the difficult person while maintaining some objectivity and emotional control. If left unresolved to certain extent, the manager would wonder why you are unable to solve your own problems. He also suggested the ways to deal with such persons.
