One of the leading providers of extensive range of products and solutions for printing and packaging industry in India, Creed Engineers launched VINSAK intermittent offset shaftless printing press, VINSAK LIO420/390/330 for labels and packaging markets. Designed in Europe, the machine has been a culmination of years of experience that the team of Creed Engineers has had with production of labels using the offset technology. Able to handle substrates upto 350 gsm, the LIO series makes intermittent offset printing to print both the label and carton products. The press is available in three widths: 420, 390 and 330 mm, while the maximum printing size of LIO420, LIO390 and LIO330 is 410×350 mm, 380×350 mm, and 310×300 mm respectively.

Each unit has an independent servo-motor control, and using static-image monitoring system, one can control the register in the lateral and longitudinal direction on the control panel. The shaftless drive guarantees the register precision during high-speeding. The advanced heavy offset printing unit can prevent the ghosting and roller streaking effectively. Ink and water supply match with the machine’s speed automatically. The alcohol dampening system with auxiliary bridge rollers guarantees the vivid colour of production and clear dot. Main control panel which is movable between printing units to operate easily is one of the features making this machine unique.

The machine is also equipped with optional units, such as re-pass system for additional colours, coating unit, rotary-die cutting, cold foiling, over lamination, and also can realize the combination with the offset, letterpress, flexo and screen printing.
