Rajkot-based Neel Digital Color Labs has become the first company in Saurashtra/Kutch region, to invest in the Kodak NexPress SE3000 with speed of 3000 A3+ sheets per hour or 100 ppm performance. Kodak announced this order at the recently concluded Photofair in New Delhi.

Established just four years ago and run by three brothers Vallabhbhai Patel, Jatin Patel, Rajesh Patel, and Pankaj Parmar, Neel Digital, producing around 5,000 prints per day, will utilise the new digital photo-printing facility offered by NexPress. This will bring them up altogether to a new platform with host of offerings for their existing and new customers. “Installation of Kodak NexPress SE3000 digital press will enable us to further expand our services as it can provide customized solutions for book and transactional printing apart from photobooks,” stated Rajesh Patel, adding, “Being a Kodak customer, we are excited and happy to reinforce our faith and trust in Kodak through this investment.”

“We are happy to announce that a reputed customer from Rajkot like Neel Digital has invested in the NexPress SE3000. Neel Digital, a Kodak customer, had a long term relationship with Kodak for the past five years, and this relationship has been further strengthened. Neel Digital can offer value added services to its customers not only on photo print applications, but also with respect to commercial print collateral and packaging materials,” commented Ramani Viswanathan, vice president – sales, digital print, electrophotographic printing solutions (EPS) business, Graphic Communications Group, Kodak India.
