The complete unit of printing, packaging and stationery products of Miraj Multicolour Pvt Ltd is set up in a three-storey facility covering an area of three lakh sq ft, indeed a landmark infrastructure in the Indian printing market. Its stationery division has recently been upgraded to a new high with the installation of ECH Will’s Alpha RF online notebook manufacturing machine.

This printing and packaging major boasts of its stationery division which is equipped with an Alpha RF notebook making machine from ECH Will, Germany. The company’s range of premium stationery items produced under the brand name ‘Miraj’ comprises composition books, long books, notebooks, drawing books, jumbo books, graph books, practical books, geometry books, college books, notepads, conference pads, cash memos, pocket memos, duplicate books, voucher books, spiral pads, punch papers, amongst others.

He added that it has been the company’s constant endeavour to serve their customers at global level in a tradition to fulfill them with best of quality products. Miraj Multicolour is now capable to deliver around 350 lakh stationary items per day, depending on pages and sizes of the books.

The newly installed Alpha RF from ECH Will in the facility of Miraj Multicolour is perfectly designed to produce finest notebooks, which are meant for both domestic and international markets. Of course, apart from its wide distribution in every nook and corner of India, these premium ‘Miraj’ stationery items are widely acclaimed in the overseas markets, particularly in Gulf and African countries. New Track Offset Printers

A one-stop printing destination catering everything of printing under its colossal production set-up of 15,000 sq ft, New Track Offset Printers always aims for quick, easy and affordable quality prints for their customers based in far and near corners of the country. The array of products they deliver includes a complete range of printing, viz, catalogues, labels, books, leaflets, etc. In addition, the digital large-format printing is part of the company’s combo activities. “We have a team of more than 50 qualified staff who handle everything including graphic designs, prepress, bindery and others,” said Vijay Arora, MD, New Track Offset Printers, Udaipur.

To mention a few, Pyrotech Electronics, Hindustan Zinc Limited, etc are some of the regular customers for whom New Track Offset Printers has been delivering commercial prints of all kinds at pan-India level. “Most of our clients (companies) have branches in different cities and towns of India. So, we are bound to be a sole provider of whatever requirement they ask over at pan-India level,” said Vijay.

Worth Rs 10-crore New Track Offset Printers boasts of a machine portfolio of 4-colour, 2-colour and single-colour Heidelberg machines, supported by other post-press range of folding machines, laminators, Infiniti (digital large-format printing), etc. Still the company is on the move for further infrastructure expansion. Sooner than expected, a heatset press is going to be installed in an additional setup being especially designed for the new machine at the premises of New Track Offset Printers’ main building.
