Five production printer solution zones at Ricoh stand attract visitors at Print Expo Chennai

Ricoh India recently participated in Print Expo Chennai from April 18-24, 2014. They displayed their various production printers in five different zones – Digital Offset, Jumbo Printing, Speciality Media, Continuous Feed and Software Solutions.

The show was a launch pad for Ricoh Pro 8100s/ 8110s/8120s Black & white Production Printer and got overwhelming response. The RICOH Pro 8100s Series, with output speeds of up to 95, 110 and 135 ppm, comes standard with scanning, printing, and copying functionality. All three models have a duty cycle specification of up to 3 million A4 pages-per-month, which provides reliability and assurance to handle the occasional spike in a customer’s monthly volume requirement. An extremely fast single pass duplex scanning document feeder is standard on the Pro 8100s Series, providing up to 220 impressions in duplex per minute scanning speed for the most demanding work flow in monochrome and colour. To render fine type, image detail, and generate smooth tonal gradations, the Pro 8100s Series use Ricoh’s VCSEL (Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser) technology to deliver an industry-leading 1200 x 4800 dpi.

The company also focused on different applications – Long print; Different media compatibility – Magnetic Sheet, Textured/Handmade media, Non Tearable media; Books and POD; Mixed Media; ACE application, etc.

The Ricoh stand attracted over 1,000+ customers from various locations in southern India, such as Kerala, Madurai, Calicut, Tiruchy, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Salem, Tirupur and Goa.
