Offering new benefits to its customers, RICOH India announces two unique Lifetime Warranty Plans viz. RICOH Power Pack and RICOH Service Pack.
Under the RICOH Power Pack, customers can click meagre charges of just a few paisa for an A4 print, which is less than 20 percent of the existing and normal click charge. Stressing on this first-of-its-kind offer in the industry, Avijit Mukherjee, COO, production printing-BU, RICOH India Limited says this warranty plan is introduced to woo jobbers who are facing problems with reconditioned machines as well as those using only offset printers. “Our aim is to pass on the freedom of choice to our customers now. The lesser the coverage, the lesser is tonner use, which means ‘saving’ at the end of the day,” he adds.
“Service Pack is applicable to all existing as well as new RICOH machines,” mentions Anjana Saha, national business & marketing manager, production printing-BU, RICOH India. She adds that RICOH has done a countrywide survey on the plans and customers from different printing segments responded quite positively. The second plan, RICOH Service Pack, offers customers the options to enter into an annual maintenance cost (AMC) at specified costs for unlimited usage. This plan is available in three different choices designed for one year, two years and five years, out of which customers can choose as per their requirement while purchasing a RICOH machine.
