Fund for flood relief in J&K

Keeping in view the most devastating calamity created by the floods due to the heavy rains in the Kashmir Valley, Punjab Kesari Group had as usual started Chief Minister’s Relief Find (J&K) with their contribution of Rs 11 lakh. The appeal is being published continuously in the newspapers of the group as a result till date the donations of Rs 2.38 crore have been collected. Vijay Kumar Chopra, CMD and editor-in-chief, Punjab Kesari Group handed over the first installment of Rs 2 crore to NN Vohra, hon’ble governor, J&K at Jammu on November 24, 2014.
