Ricoh announces pro-partner programme

An innovative Pro-Partner Programme was inaugurated by Tetsuya Takano, managing director and CEO, Ricoh India Limited, at Star Xeroxs, Chennai. Star Xeroxs, with their three units spread over Chennai, graduating from copier to digital printing opted for Ricoh Pro C720s. This is the first production printer installed by Ricoh in Chennai. A Srinivasan, the proprietor, was quite satisfied with his choice as they could double their output after installing this machine. Ricoh Pro C720s is an A3+ format (13” x 14” sheet size) printer.

T Magesh, sr. territory manager, Ricoh India Ltd, Chennai explained that they give thorough training to the operators and educates them how to develop the jobs to get the full potential from machines. Srinivasan of Star Xeroxs conceded that he benefited from the interaction with Ricoh and with the present developments continuing they may go in for a second Ricoh printer soon.

Tetsuya Takano, MD and CEO, Ricoh India Ltd inaugurating the Pro-Partner Programme told that with this programme, the buyer with operator training and business development on regular basis. This gives the opportunities for mutual growth. He was particularly happy to be in Chennai, the business developing metropolis and be associated with a growing concern like Star Xeroxs.

Ben BW Chong, senior manager, product and solutions marketing, Ricoh Asia Pacific Pvt Ltd, Singapore was pleased to be there and made it a point to keep a check on the maintenance, upkeep and cleanliness of the machine. Vinodh Kumar, manager-productions, printing, Chennai was also present to help with on-hand tips. Anjana Saha, marketing manager, Production Printing Business Groups, Ricoh India corporate office, coordinated the whole event and touched upon the significance of whole programme.
