First Miyakoshi press installed at Pragati Pack

Provin Technos Pvt Ltd hosted an open house on June 14, 2018, introducing the first Miyakoshi Press installed in India at Pragati Pack, Hyderabad. Customers from different cities attended the open house. The open house was focused on providing a solution for short runs in the label Industry. The installed machine configuration is: MLP 16 C:Flexo Unit + 5 Offset Units + High Speed Hot Foil System + 2 Offset Units + Flexo Unit + Die Cutter.

The MLP model is a semi-rotary offset press for printing high quality labels. It is the ultimate solution for short/middle-run premium label production offering variety of automations for higher productivity. It also offers the following benefits to the users: no tooling change required; considerably lower plate cost than flexo; fast changeovers and less material wastage; gapless printing; and highly accurate print-to-print register under fast running conditions.

The visit was well received by Indian customers and has created quite a buzz in the label industry. With Pragati Pack as its first installation base, the product is sure to make a mark in the high quality label market.
