Baldwin sells its non-core food blends business and packaging business

One of global leaders in process automation technology for the printing industry, Baldwin Technology Company recently announced that it has sold Oxy-Dry Food Blends Inc, a US food blending and packaging business, to CPC Dry Pack Inc, a contract manufacturing company.
