Mega print show in India is here!

The much-awaited show of the printing industry — PrintPack India 2019 is here, with a changed model. With a completely sold-out show, it will be almost 50% bigger than the last edition. All the major Indian and International brands will be vying to show their innovative, unique and latest equipment and technology. For the first time in the history of PrintPack India, there will have an exclusive hall for corrugation and label. Almost all the major industry players in labels have confirmed the participation and there will be a host of showcases in rigid box making. There will also be dedicated area for screen printing, sublimation and textile industry.

Another important thing is that there will be four sheetfed multinationals at the show — Ryobi, Heidelberg, Komori and KBA. Visitors to the show can look forward to several new launches by leading industry players. With so much in store, PrintPack India 2019 seems to be a very promising show for both exhibitors as well as visitors.

Automation is the name of the game in the printing industry. A host of new launches will also be seen at Print China to be held in April this year. A peek into this print show is also given in this issue.

We, at Print & Publishing, are also sad to inform that we lost our Founder Editor SK Khurana in November 2018. He is our hero and our inspiration. Many in the industry would remember him as a man who was always full of positivity and new ideas. But, we will take forward his legacy — Print & Publishing — with full fervour. We will tread on the path he has shown us and hope to take this magazine to another level.
