SUVI Color Spot goes live with eZPrint

SUVI Color Spot, Changanacherry opted eZPrint to run its digital album printing and production printing end-to-end. “Digital Photo Album production is a complex workflow wherein a photo album goes from pre-press activities like color correction, design etc to press and then post-press activities like window cutting, lamination, bindery and cover making. It was increasingly becoming a challenge to track customer orders and respond to them accurately on the status. Further it was important to identify any bottlenecks and correct them real-time to ensure customers get the finished album within a day. Another complexity was managing the various options selected by customer in the order and to calculate the invoice for each such order. This would require knowledgeable resources and would take anywhere between 8-10 minutes,” explains HM Wilson, owner of Suvi Colour Spot, adding, “We were initially apprehensive about moving away from our existing system. ZESTA and Redington constantly worked with us and ensured that all issues which cropped up were resolved to our satisfaction.
