Charting a new course of growth and seizing every opportunity, Ricoh India Limited recently made a significant inroad in the southern market, with Star Ricoh Prints, one of partners with Ricoh India Ltd, who has opened a retail service outlet for providing document services using exclusively Ricoh products in Anna Nagar in Chennai. “Southern India has been a very critical and biggest market for production printing business for Ricoh. Hence Star Ricoh Prints is a positive development as opening of retail service for providing document service using exclusively Ricoh products will surely enhance customer satisfaction. Spread over 1,000 sq ft area, it has already been getting huge enquires and we hope to partner with such customers who show us the confidence and will provide such services on our products on an exclusive basis,” stated Tetsuya Takano, managing director and chief executive officer, Ricoh India Ltd, commenting on the launch of this Ricoh exclusive outlet.

Adding further Takano mentioned, “With the changing business environment, customers are looking for products and services that offer quality, increase efficiencies, and have short turnaround time with prompt after-sales service.
