Pressline launches Bookline series at WAN-IFRA Expo India 2011 in Chennai

At recently concluded WAN-IFRA Expo India 2011 in Chennai, Pressline launched their new product by the name of Bookline. The company’s Bookline series is a substitute of sheetfed offset machines engaged to produce single and double colour books.

An ideal product to help publishers and printers cut down wastage of paper, time, and space, Bookline can be installed with double roll stand having facility of semi automatic splicing and pasting for changing the web at crawling speed. Options of spray dampening, brush or alcohol are available on this new model. Dampening and inking system comprises of 21 rollers giving the commercial touch. This new product was highly acclaimed by visitors engaged in the printing of books and magazines.

Double roll stand equipped with semi automatic splicing system which has been named as DRS/SAS is the latest innovation of Pressline R&D team. Two rolls can be accommodated in a single frame and a semi automatic splicing and pasting device is incorporated to change the expiring roll with new one at crawling speed of upto 4000 cph. Two independent rolls can also be used in double roll stand.

Pressline will also mark their presence at Polygrphinter 2011 exhibition to be held at CROCUS Expo Russia in Moscow from October 04-08, 2011, at Stand no B363 Hall no 2.
