Provin sets up Miyakoshi MLP Demo Centre at New Delhi

New Delhi now has the Demo Centre for Miyakoshi’s Flagship product which is Miyakoshi MLP – high speed semi rotary narrow web offset press. The Demo Centre has been set up by Provin Technos Pvt Ltd, the Indian representatives for Miyakoshi Printing Machinery.

The motive…

The primary motive behind setting up the demo centre is to give the potential customers, first-hand experience and showcase the capability and quality of the machine and how it is the right choice for today’s changing market.

Machine configuration…

The machine is of the following configuration with a host of performance enhancing features which makes it the ideal press for printers looking to cater short, medium run jobs and produce high quality labels:

Delam-Relam + 1 Flexo Printing Unit + 5 Offset Printing Units + 2 Flexo Units for Varnish + Die Cutting Unit, Roll to Roll.

The machine is equipped with the following performance features:

• Auto Register Function with Back strobe for filmic substrates,
• Advanced Cold start function for reducing the material wastage by about 30%,

The Miyakoshi MLP (Semi Rotary Offset press) is a real workhorse and one of the best semi rotary offset press available in the industry at the moment. They key highlighting features of the press are as below:

• Robust: The highly stable and robust structure of the press supports stable web feeding and accurate registration.
• Speed of the press: For a semi rotary press, the speeds at which the MLP works is incomparable. The machine in the demo centre is MLP 13 C which is a 13” press with the capability of running at speed of 200 shots(impressions) per minute. The impression count does not change with the change in repeat length. Besides this Miyakoshi also has press models with higher speed capability, MLP-C and MLP-H model, which are capable of running at speeds of 250 and 300 shots per minute which corresponds to 101.6 meters/min and 121.9 meters/min. This makes it the highest productive press in-class.

• Loop box and the step back units: The Loop blower system accompanied with the S type 2 roller step back mechanism makes it the ideal press to be run at high speeds.
