Session on World of Reality: Augmented & Virtual at PTF
A1 and Robot were talk of the day couple of years back.A1 usage is spreading and Robot is taught to children. Dhiraj Malhotra, General Manager, Interactive Digital Media, Services at Lumina Datamatics, Chennai talked about the above topic to the members of The Printing Technologists Forum, Chennai on November 1, 2019. “Augmented Technology” is software maneuvered and “Virtual”, being in effect. What is Reality?

What is the goal?
To enhance efficiency in carrying out task or performance.
AR + VR = Mixed Reality.

What is the ultimate goal?
Create system that a user CANNOT tell the difference between the real world and the virtual augmented gamut. The speaker made it quite interactive by augmenting images on the spot.
