Creed introduces VINSAK prepress solutions in India

A new brand of pre-press consumables has been introduced to the Indian graphic arts industry under the brand VINSAK, by none other than a reputed name in the industry – Creed Engineers.

The VINSAK branded plates and chemistry for the offset printing industry include CtP thermal plates, PS plates and CtP thermal plate developer. As per PL Bajaj, managing director, Creed Engineers, “The VINSAK brand of products are targeted to serve commercial offset printers and service bureaus that seek reliable offset plates delivering good reproduction quality. VINSAK products are offered as most reliable and consistent supply at all times. The USP of VINSAK thermal CtP plates also comes with a varying thickness (0.30mm, 0.20mm and 0.15 mm) and in a large range of sizes to best suit printing press requirements.”

VINSAK seeks to engage customers on a pan India level supported by its ten branches strategically located across the country. Representatives at the company’s internal supply chain team, are accessing and studying the usage pattern across varying thickness and sizes, and with a mutual agreement on the monthly consumption, a suitable plan is underway to keep a continuous supply. “This process is being mooted and implemented to ensure that we fit well in the supply chain of our customers. We encourage an engagement process to be followed in the interest of our customers whereby – we will conduct a series of tests to ‘finger print’ the current manufacturing process at a printer or service bureau. At regular intervals VINSAK’s service technicians will monitor the quality parameters to ensure that quality standards are well maintained and adhered,” added Bajaj.

During a Converting Show in Mumbai, VINSAK 302 EDLF plate making system was also launched catering to plate size of 36 x 48 in (90×120 cm) offering a best combination for exposure, light finisher and dryer unit.
