First Xerox Color 1000 in Tamil Nadu goes to Insource Inc

Xerox India successfully installed another Xerox Color 1000 digital press in India and the first such press in Tamil Nadu is installed at Insource Inc, a Sivakasi (Tamil Nadu) based print solution provider. The Xerox Color 1000 press is a landmark product in the digital production printing space enabling all kinds of short run digital and variable data print applications, while delivering vibrant image quality at 2400 x 2400 dpi for excellent sharpness and uniformity.

Established in 1997 by three partners – Jayachandran, Seenvasagam and Poorna Natesan, Insource Inc specializes in lenticular technology for 3D printing and is a leading player in the 3D card printing. The company entered into digital printing by installing a Xerox DC 12 in 2003. It then extended its portfolio by adding a Xerox DC 5000 digital press in 2007 to meet its requirements of short run jobs and print on demand applications. To further meet the high quality customer needs, the company recently installed Xerox 1000 digital colour press with 5th colour clear dry ink unit in December 2011. With this, Insource has become a rare digital house in an offset hub of Sivakasi.
