Pratham Technologies Pvt Ltd (Hall 10 Stall F-46-48) is showcasing Automatic Leaflet Folding Machine Model PGV-PF-618, with BFC-615 Cross Folding Unit featured by pressing unit, taping, and vision inspection system with vertical stacker.

The company launched Supersort “Carton Inspection System” in 2015, Feb in collaboration with Vision Experts, Germany.

NPES Print Business Outlook Conference 2017

In conjunction with the Printpack India 2017 show, the NPES Print Business Outlook Conference 2017, co-hosted by IPAMA and themed ‘Power up Your Printing Business… Innovate, Integrate, Motivate!‘ will be held on February 05, 2017 at the India Exposition Centre, Greater Noida, India.

Blankets, UV curing systems, unconventional screen printing solutions and many more are what JN Arora Group is presenting at the Printpack India 2017. The company is introducing a rage of Vivid and Safira blankets as well as C&T Matrix creasing system during the expo. “C&T Matrix is a UK-based company; we are representing them in the northern Indian market,” said Aashish Arora from JN Arora.

In screen printing, JN Arora will present live demonstration of automated screen printing systems from Umrao Automation (Mumbai). “Umrao Automation’s screen printers are featured with UV curing system and inline auto take off mechanism,” said Aashish, adding that the screen printing machines are unique in taking special materials and many unconventional materials. JN Arora is presenting immense possibilities in printing at the Printpack India 2017 (Hall 3 Stall B-18).

Ricoh India@Printpack India

Ricoh India (Hall 7 Stall D-21) will showcase a 5-colour engine with the special colour – Neon Yellow – allowing print service providers to produce highly creative, eye-catching value-added print. The Neon Yellow toner has been developed for the fifth colour station on the Ricoh Pro C7100X series colour cut sheet digital production press. It will meet growing demand from the magazine, direct mail, retail and point of purchase markets for print that differentiates. It expands the colour gamut, enhances images and can be used as a solid or highlight or graphic colour. When combined with other process shades, it can create a neon palette. The toner is reflective under UV light to extend the range of printing possibilities offered by standard CMYK, white, or clear printing. This extends the variety of print possibilities. Print service providers can then develop more visually inspiring campaigns with their clients and deepen consumer engagement. The Neon Yellow toner is retrofittable, which means existing clients can expand the capabilities of the Ricoh Pro C7100X presses.

The company will also showcase Ricoh Pro 8200, a new black-and-white engine for book printing applications as well as high volume printing. RICOH Pro 8200 can print, copy or scan brochures, proposals, presentations and more with speed, ease and precision – without dedicated operator assistance.

Ricoh Company, Ltd, has recently announced to acquire AnaJet, the leader in direct to garment (DTG) printing. This acquisition is the latest strategic investment by Ricoh to strengthen its industrial inkjet business while enabling its customers to move forward new ideas and drive imaginative thinking. Located in the US, AnaJet will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Ricoh Printing Systems America, Inc. At Printpack, Ricoh India will showcase first direct to garment printer – Ricoh GJ5625 DTG printer.

For map printing, the company will showcase Beluga series of printers, which include MP W7100/W8140 series of printers. MP W7100SP is specially created for the needs of CAD and PFP to increase the speed of high quality output and lower the cost. It offers high-speed monochrome printing at 10 ppm (A1 horizontal).While, the W8140 can offers high-speed monochrome printing at an output of 14 ppm (A1 horizontal)a.

Canon@Printpack India 2017

Canon India (Hall 7 Stall D-18) is all set to display a horde of both old and new products in wide-format as well as digital production printing segment, shared Puneet Datta of Canon India.

In the wide format printing segment, the company will display Canon image PROGRAF Pro series of 8-colour and 12-colour printers. On show, visitors can see Canon image Prograf Pro 560S, which delivers outstanding quality at high speeds and offering exceptional reliability. “We are looking for distributors or resellers for this series of printers,” added Puneet.
