Lipi Polymers makes seaming easier because Leister-Uniplan E and Uniplan S machine are fitted with 30 mm nozzle and pressure. The machines provide a larger overlap of 50 mm for seaming and leave the seaming area unprinted. It helps stretch the membrane tightly during the welding operation. Seaming of PE membranes printed on HP UV printers was recently demonstrated in Delhi in presence of a number of leading printers from all over India.
