In presence of representatives from seventy units, it was resolved to form an association at the state level which would affiliate members at the district level.
On the occasion, the election of office bearers for the proposed association was also conducted, in which Adesh Gupta, Shrikant Sharma and Amit Garg were unanimously elected president, general secretary and treasurer respectively; while the executive members are Anil Mittal, Sudhir Arora, Chetan Suri, Naveen Khanna, and Manu Sabharwal. This governing body would execute formalities for registration of the association under the Societies Act.
