Recently EFI acquired Prism Group Holdings. Headquartered in Australia, with operations in New Zealand, United Kingdom and the United States, Prism is the provider of Prism WIN MIS and Prism QTMS automated shop floor management solution, focused on general commercial printers, converters, web printers, mailers, and packaging printers around the world.
