SASG UV Solutions Pvt Ltd is a subsidiary of Dizario Industries, which was incepted in the year 2014 under the aegis of Anil Saini and Sankoch Gaur. “When we converted our mother company into a ‘private limited’ firm, we had to register under a new name as per the rules and regulations of the government. Product portfolio

“Our product portfolio consists of a range of UV drying and coating systems such as UV LED Curing Machine, Interdeck UV System, Anilox Coating Module, UV Conveyer System, Screen Printing Machine, Roller Coater Machine, Blister Coating Machine and Fabric Printing Machine (for curing UV coating on fabric) for diverse segments including offset, gravure and label industries,” mentions Sankoch Gaur, Director Technical, SASG UV Solutions Pvt Ltd. Key products

SASG UV Solutions Pvt Ltd is expert in ink transfer technologies. They make it a point to offer solutions for excellent print performance through every stage of printing. The company’s Anilox roller ensures print outputs live up to customer’s expectation as the roller is one of the core elements of a press and it has direct impact on print results. “Auto synchronised with machine speed, our Anilox coater (Tresu) is for hybrid coating attachment designed compatibly with all offset presses,” mentions Sankoch.

The other key products in the portfolio include Interdeck Systems, UV Dryer with Manual Collection, LED UV System, UV Conveyer System, Roller Coater Conveyer for UV & Blister Coating, Screen Printing Machines (DMR Model), UV Lamps and others.

Dizario LED UV systems are perfectly designed for drying materials such as inks, lacquers, paints, and clear coats. The products are compact, require only one LED cassette for four colours and easy to install on all presses. “Equipped with diode of 25,000 working hours and wave length of 365-395 nm, our LED UV systems generate no heat like any other conventional UV system. It helps users save up to 80 percent power,” explains Sankosh.

The pneumatic Dizario semi-automatic screen printing machines (DEM models) are economical, high speed and designed for T-shirt printing as well as other plain printing substrates. The machines are best for UV spot coating. The UV lamps (Mercury, Gallium and Iron Doping) in the portfolio are for diverse applications in different industrial sectors, such as printing industry, rubber industry, automobile industry, fungs or sterilisation treatments.

Customer Ecstasy! This is the motto with which SASG UV Solutions Pvt Ltd serves their customers to the fullest satisfactory level. So far, the company has installed more than 500 machines across India and abroad. Even the company’s machines are exported to the neighbouring countries like Bangladesh. “In the offshore market, Bangladesh is one of our valued export destinations. More than 20 machines have so far been installed in the country,” informs Sankosh, adding that Dhaka and Chittagong are two main cities where most of their customers dwell.
