Avery Dennison Knowledge Center inaugurated in Bengaluru

DuPont Packaging Graphics dedicates DuPont CyrelFAST 1000TD platemaking system to this first flexographic printing demonstration center in South Asia The Avery Dennison Knowledge Center – the first flexographic printing demonstration center in South Asia, equipped with a complete label-manufacturing set-up for live demonstration, training, testing, trouble-shooting and prototyping – recently inaugurated in Bengaluru, India, in presence of DuPont Packaging Graphics representatives, apart from a range of industry associates including ESKO, Gallus, Rotometrics, Tesa, Zecher, Brand-owners, packaging buyers and designers, as well as 140 label-printers and 40 print buyers.

“The Knowledge Center is a first-of-its-kind initiative in India, where key label-industry partners have joined hands together and contributed towards setting up their latest technologies to facilitate and accelerate all developments related to label manufacturing,” said Mahesh Kode, sales manager, DuPont Packaging Graphics India.

The center showcases the latest trends and innovations in the labelling industry, including the latest DuPont CyrelFAST 1000TD platemaking system designed to deliver greater quality, productivity and sustainability to the flexographic printing industry. “DuPont Cyrel flexographic system utilizes inclusive innovative approach focused on speed, productivity, quality and sustainability to help our customers in the label industry succeed,” said Jagdish Kumar, regional director, DuPont Packaging Graphics, Asia Pacific, adding, “Visitors will learn about the critical collaborations advancing technology through the center, where we will showcase total flexographic workflow. Working together, we can achieve superior results in the industry much faster than working separately.”
