Monotech and Konica Minolta organise ‘PP Customer Meet North India’

Gratifying a horde of customers based spanning Delhi and NCR, Monotech in collaboration with Konica Minolta recently organised ‘PP Customer Meet North India’ in New Delhi. TP Jain, MD, Monotech Systems Limited; Tadahiko Sumitani, MD, Konica Minolta Business Solutions India Pvt Ltd and other dignitaries from both sides persuaded the attendees who are existing users of Konica Minolta digital presses. Onset of the ‘PP Customer Meet North India’ was marked with a brief historical flashback of Konica Minolta which Tadahiko Sumitani presented to highlight the company’s phase-wise introductions of landmark products including bizhub Presses since its inception in 1873. “Today, we are in a strong position to serve sheer requirements of customers in the production printing segment,” said Tadahiko. On the company’s partnership with Monotech Systems, Tadahiko mentioned ‘Monotech’ not merely a partner but a part of family. “Since we don’t deal directly with customers, we have full confidence on Monotech’s strong nationwide presence to handle distributorship of our machines,” he asserted.

With his comprehensive appreciation towards their customers, TP Jain congratulated everyone currently running Konica Minolta machines in their production setups in north India. “I am happy to announce that Monotech has so far delivered 250 Konica Minolta machines in north India alone and 700 machines across the country,” he revealed adding that the adoption of bizhub Press C70hc machine is aggressively increasing across the region amongst those dealing in wedding albums and other related products.

“We are confident to meet any requirement of our customers since our team of 396 professionals is engaged in 16 offices based across the country,” said TP Jain adding, “Monotech has assigned engineers in 20 different locations nationwide to attend any grievance of our customers.” He further mentioned that a survey conducted by an independent research firm revealed that 91 percent customers are satisfied with Konica Minolta machines which Monotech has delivered till date. “Now we are trying to make the remaining nine percent customers to bring them into the satisfactory lot soon,” affirmed TP Jain.

In his brief speech during the meet, Tadayoshi ‘Ted’ Yamada, manager, overseas sales department 1, sales division 2, sales operations, sales headquarters, Konica Minolta Inc, Tokyo appreciated the co-operation which Monotech has offered to them. He looked forward to further expanding the mutual tie-up between the two companies. A conclusive note of TP Jain conveyed a commitment on bringing the best of machines and service at the doorsteps of their customers.
