New ‘Printers Pavilion’ at Printpack India 2015

Finished printed products can be seen this time at Printpack India 2015, where ‘Printers Pavilion’ has been specially created to showcase the finished products and facilities available with the medium and small level printers and publishers fraternity. Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA) is organising the 12th edition of its biennial Printpack India exhibition, slated to be held from February 11-15, 2015 at India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, NCR. The exhibition is proposed to be organised on a gross area of 40,000 sq m, consisting of four exhibition halls on the ground floor and five hangars to be constructed in the open space. The hangars will be constructed strictly as per international standards and equipped with all modern facilities.

Space bookings…

More than 80 percent of the space has also been booked; over 260 Indian and foreign participants have already been allotted space in the exhibition halls and the hangars. The total gross area allotted to the exhibitors till date has reached 27,500 sq m. Barring a few sites, no space is available in the halls for allotment to the exhibitors. The booking of space in the 5th hangar has also commenced.

Printers too get a centrestage…

The new feature added to the exhibition is the exclusive ‘Printers Pavilion’ which has been specially created to showcase the finished products and facilities available with the medium and small level printers and publishers fraternity. IPAMA is also extending special discount in space rental to the participants of ‘Printers Pavilion’.

Visitors care…

Success or otherwise of any exhibition depends on the footfall of visitors. For mobilising visitors for Printpack India 2015, it is proposed to use various mode of advertisement – print medium, electronic medium, press conferences, road shows, e-mails, etc. Arrangements for online registration of visitors has already commenced.

As a part of visitor promotion, IPAMA will provide complimentary bus/shuttle service from Botanical Garden Metro Station to Expo Centre during exhibition hours. The exhibitors/business visitors coming from different parts of the country or from overseas can avail the facility of hotel bookings, Air & Rail reservation etc. from the official service provider of IPAMA, the details of which are also available on IPAMA’s web-site.
