Automatic creasers now available from Autoprint!

Research says printers and service providers find it difficult to give good quality finish in terms of creased/ perforated/half cut print products. In order to overcome this situation, an automated creasing machine of ideal capacity and affordable price is essential.

Keeping this in mind, Autoprint has entered into an agreement with World Print Engineers, Coimbatore for marketing its auto-creasing machine Max Auto-Creaser. By entering into this agreement, Autoprint has become the sole marketing authority of Max Auto-Creaser of variant sizes 24”x24”, 27”x27” and 30”x30”, globally.

Traditional creasing machines are generally manually fed, that is, paper feeding is manual. Whereas in this new machine, paper feeding is done automatically. This avoids cross paper feed, ensures evenly spaced paper feed, safety for the operators, lowers wastage of printed products and quickens task completion. Paper stocks of 60 to 350 gsm can be fed into these creasers. Autoprint had exhibited this Max Auto-Creaser, after the tie-up with World Print Engineers, at the Ludhiana expo (interprint Expo India) in October 2014. Five orders were booked at the stall itself.

The other post press products in the Autoprint stable include Repetto (65/80) – the automated die punching machine; Fine Coat (65/80) – the UV coating machines and Reckoner VDP 65 – the variable data printing machines.
