Autoprint Checkmate 50 inspection system installed in Malaysia!

Autoprint Machinery Manufacturers PVt Ltd’s Checkmate 50 inspection system has crossed seas and expectations and has been installed at Suria Press (M) Sdn. Bhd, a paper based packaging printing company based in Malaysia. Their factory houses several state-of-the-art offset printing machines, die-cut machines, gluing machines, and various coating machines to cater the needs of our customers.

“We have committed to providing the best quality products and services to our customers. As most of our customers are in the pharmaceuticals & FMCG industries, product quality and on-time delivery are our main concern; and we have been looking for a machine that could help to find the defects and expedite our manual quality checking process. We understood that manual inspection could not provide 100% defect free cartons,” tells company’s spokesperson.

They visited Autoprint in India in Nov 2017 and well convinced that Autoprint’s Checkmate 50 Inspection machine was much superior in terms of quality checking and speed. The machine has a rigid body, with user-friendly and customized software. “Moreover, Autoprint’s personnel are knowledgeable and supportive, which enhances our confident in their after sales service and support. The machine has been installed in our factory last week of Jan 2018 and we strongly believe that it will be the key to further enhance our deliveries and quality control,” they said.
