Wen-Chyuan is yet another Taiwanese partner of TGS which manufactures high-speed water-based and thermal lamination machines. In India, Wen-Chyuan has widely spread its installation base through TGS India. The Taiwanese manufacturer’s line of Spot and Full UV Varnishing Machines are highly demanded in the Indian market. More than 60 top level printing and packaging companies in the country have invested in Wen-Chyuan machines. Worth mentionable among the list are Parksons Packaging, TCPL, Pragati Pack, Borkar Packaging, CanPac, Bharat Box, Singhania Offset and IPP.
Also prominent in the portfolio of TGS India are Roll-to-Sheet Machines from Golden Tech Machinery. These machines are designed to perfectly cut paper, board, film and plastic of 1400 mm-1700 mm. Similarly, other products in this category in the portfolio of TGS India are Datien paper cutting machines. This Taiwanese manufacturers produce guillotines and labour-saving peripheral devices. The guillotine machines are available in small to very large sizes.

Mr Muralidhar says they keep watching which direction the market is heading to. “What we observe in India is that demand for quality packaging is increasing. Tier II and III cities across the country are growing. We will upgrade our portfolio in accordance to the growing trends in the packaging industry,” he adds.
