Installations galore by Hitech

Hitech Systems PFE P Ltd has installed more than 40 machines beginning June 8 when the lock down was opened in Mumbai. They also had their engineers supporting their customers all over India using the technology.

Prominent installations include semi-automatic wiro insertion/closing machine by Yono Packaging that would enable them to do up to 1000 wiro books/calendars per hour. The machine supplied by Hitech Systems meets the demand of easy to use and easily change the size of the wiro (diameter as well as pitch) without any tool change.

Another repeat order for Hitech was from a Bengaluru-based customer who invested in the heavy duty digital die cutter to do their regular jobs of kiss cutting, box making (sample maker) and full cut jobs. The solution enables them to cut up to 6 mm thick materials.

Hitesh Print Hub (erstwhile Hitesh Colour Lab), Mumbai installed a range of machines at their newly opened print hub opposite Ghatkopar Station, Mumbai. These included paper cutter ( fully automatic, programmable); roll laminator; semi-automatic creasing/perforation machine, digital die cutter and visiting card cutter from Hitech Systems.

Another repeat customer is Rathna Offset, Chennai, which ordered a heavy duty digital die cutter and a foil printer.

Besides, a foil printer was installed at a customer’s site in Amritsar.
