New installations of RMGT presses by Provin

Provin Technos has recently installed RMGT 9 series – 920 ST – 4 colour press at Janak Education Material Centre Ltd, Kathmandu. The press is equipped with Program Inking with AI function, Automatic Nip check mode, Maintenance mode, Automatic Blanket cleaning mode, Automatic ink roller cleaning device and a host of other performance enhancing features. It can handle a maximum sheet size of 25”x36” and ideal for 8-ups of A4 size or Letter size.

The company has also installed RMGT 7 series 760 ST – 4 XL press at Rigi Pack and Print Cluster Foundation, Satara. The RMGT 7 Series offers a wide range of unit configurations to meet specific customer needs for a high-productivity, high-profitability printing and packaging environment. It has a maximum printing speed of 16,000 sph (sheets per hour) and a maximum sheet size of 600 mm x 788 mm (23.62” x 31.02”)

Provin has also installed RMGT 6 series – 690ST – 4 colour plus coater press at Hitech Digital Prints India Pvt Ltd, Jaipur. The RMGT 6 Series is a A2-size offset press, featuring high productivity, quality, and reliability for a wide range of printing jobs. It has a printing speed of 15,000 sph (sheets per hour) and can handle a maximum sheet size of 508mm x 686 mm (20” x 27.01”).
