Printmart installs another MGI Vetvarnish

Satisfied with the quality output of MGI Jetvarnish 3D One and excellent after sales service of Konica Minolta, Printmart, New Delhi, has installed MGIJetvarnish 3DS with iFoil S at its unit in Pitampura. The company has 27 branches with over thirty five Konica Minolta engines.

The machine offers digital spot UV coating and hot foil stamping on different page sizes up to 36.4 x 102 cm. “It’s time to offer our customers more value and creativity. The JETVARNISH 3DS turns printed jobs into spectacular and irresistible print products that immediately catch attention. With the JETVARNISH 3DS, it is easy to spot coat digital prints, highlight defined areas, or add 3D effects – all of which make the prints more vivid and tactile. The combination with the inline hotfoiling module iFOIL S gives a glamurous effect,” shares Atul Bhatt of Printmart.
“The thickness of the varnish can be adapted to the needs of the customer very flexible and on demand. The MGI JETVARNISH 3DS is ideal for lucrative short- and medium printing,” adds Vijay Kamat of Konica Minlta.

The smart combination of MGI’s exclusive inkjet technology with KONICA MINOLTAs Drop-on-Demand Piezoelectric print heads, brings consistent quality, from the first page to the very last. Besides, the JETVARNISH 3DS HubManager allows to follow jobs, manage job queue, create job tickets, recall reprints and adjust AIS Scanner in one simple and self-explaining tool. A powerful function allows to easily export all your detailed production data for internal costs for analysis and reports. The Spot Varnish Editor is designed for editing job files on-the-fly while the Product Cost Analyzer can anticipate production cost to the tenth of a cent and give customer the precise information on consumable costs are per print job even before the job has been printed.

The press can handle media from 135 GSM upto 450 GSM. The JETVARNISH 3DS is equipped with the AIS SmartScanner for the automated sheet to sheet registration.

“The service team of Konica Minolta is very good and they have been with us in our journey,” adds Atul Bhatt.
Printmart has also installed Accuroshine 101 offline equipment for applying foil on the prints.
