Pack Print International (PPI): inspiring better business beyond borders

After a successful edition last year, organizers Messe Dusseldorf Asia, The Thai Packaging Association and The Thai Printing Association have announced that 4th edition of Pack Print International (PPI) will be held from August 28-31, 2013 at BITEC, Bangkok, Thailand. With the theme ‘inspiring better business beyond borders’ exhibitors and visitors can look forward to an even bigger and better edition of this Southeast Asia’s event for the printing and packaging sectors. Showcasing the latest technology, products and solutions, PPI is Asia’s leading packaging and printing exhibition serving the entire supply chain. Together with seminars, technical presentations and a host of networking activities the exhibition meets the increasing demands of the dynamic Southeast Asian packaging and printing industries. The last edition from August 31 – September 03, 2011, was the point of convergence for key industry players to update themselves. More than 160 exhibiting companies from 17 countries, attracting 16,360 visitors from 59 countries, the exhibition was noteworthy not only for the number but also for the high quality of industry professionals.

The Asia-Pacific region is a major force in the printing industry, with the packaging and publication sides both enjoying strong growth. Packaging continues to be the largest end-use sector across Asia and is expected to grow to US$ 66.5 billion in 2014. The overall increase in the Asian print market is expected to be driven by real growth in Sheedfed Litho, Heatset and Flexography as well as high growth in Digital Technologies through to 2014. Bevtec Asia 2014: a new trade exhibition launched in Bangkok

Leveraging on each party’s expertise, three industry specialists join forces to launch Bevtec Asia, the first international trade exhibition and conference for Asia’s fast expanding brewing and beverage manufacturing industries. To be held in February 2014 at BITEC (Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre), this inaugural edition of Bevtec Asia comes at a time when there are strong developments and immense potential in Thailand’s alcoholic and non-alcoholic manufacturing sectors.

Jointly organised by Messe Düsseldorf Asia and Asian Exhibition Services, Bevtec Asia 2014, and in collaboration with the Thailand Beer Industry Guild, will be a biennial exhibition for international and regional manufacturers and suppliers of machinery, technology and materials for breweries, distilleries and wineries as well as the soft drinks, fruit juice, mineral water and dairy industries. Excellent opportunities to explore African market

Organized by Sudanese company Expo Team Services Co Ltd, the third edition of Afri Print Expo will take place in Addis Ababa International Exhibition Center, Ethiopia during October 5-7, 2012. Under patronage of minister of Culture and Tourism (Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia) and Ethiopia Printing and Publishing Association, this expo is considered as a launch pad for international companies to penetrate various African markets, providing opportunity to meet visitors from 15 African countries.
