New installations by Boxtech, Bangalore

Stepping into its 23rd year of manufacturing Folder gluers, Boxtech Bangalore is expanding into more innovative features to incorporate multi type folding cartons, exporting into different destinations overseas. Boxtech has completed nearly 640 installations in India and other countries.

Boxtech Bangalore has come up with new advanced features in Velocity Plus model, recently installed in Navneet Education Limited, Vasai, for customized applications.

“Another benchmark to mention that most of the Indian carton makers going with make in India folder gluers, we are proud to say that in Macleods Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Sikkim Velocity Plus has made a remarkable performance,” says Ajay A Nayak, CEO, Boxtech Bangalore.

“Ahmedabad based Jhanvi Packaging, Durga Printing & Packaging, Baddi, Jaya Multicolour Printers, Namakkal- TN, Verma Industry in Dehradun, Integrity Packaging LLP, Thane are added in our esteemed customer list who have opted for Velocity Plus model for its high performance and high production capacity,” he adds.

“Ecomatic model is also very much in demand for its performance and comparatively cost effective for start ups and for small scale business in the carton industry. We have installed 9 Ecomatic models in last six months at ACE data Prinexcel Pvt Ltd, Coimbatore , Ambika Enterprises Okhla New Delhi and Rex Waves Print O Pack in Delhi, Kerala Based packing industry Hive Packs Pvt Ltd, Surya Packaging, based in Chennai, National Packaging in Roorkee, Megspro Packers and Printers in Mysore, Kamath Packaging, Mangalore,” adds Ajay.

“We feel proud to export our made in India Boxtech folder gluer Velocity Plus model in Dar – AL – Kafeel Printing, Publishing & distributions – Karbala, Iraq, Ecomatic model Almutmaizon modern commercial, Saudi Arabia, for the first time we have exported our machines in both countries and we hope many more to come. While, Ecomatic Essence which is designed as a duo of duplex as well as 3ply corrugated cartons for larger size 3ply E-flute cartons installed in Aum Packaging, Morbi,” shares Ajay.

“Overall looking back, the year 2022 was a fantastic year with good growth and looking forward to further prospects. We are expanding our team globally to aim for newer destinations and looking forward to doubling the manufacturing rate by 2023-24,” concludes Ajay.
