The Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA) is proud to announce the 16th edition of the PRINTPACK INDIA Exhibition, set to be the largest ever in its history. The event will take place from February 1-5, 2025, at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida.

With the entire ground floor space at the India Expo Mart fully sold out, IPAMA recently constructed two additional hangars to meet the growing demand from exhibitors for the upcoming PRINTPACK INDIA 2025 exhibition. Remarkably, these additional spaces were also sold out in less than a month.

Exhibitors galore…

To encourage participation from Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), IPAMA has offered exhibition spaces at highly subsidized rates, enabling greater accessibility and reduced financial strain. A total of 576 companies have already secured their spots, collectively showcasing cutting-edge, cost-effective, and innovative printing and packaging machinery and products. The net display area will exceed 34,062 square meters.

Notable participants include top brands such as Megabound, Bindwel, LinoOmatic, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Archies Ltd, Canon India Pvt. The international appeal of the exhibition continues to grow. Embassies from 12 countries have featured PRINTPACK INDIA 2025 on their official websites, promoting it to a global audience. Business visitors from 21 countries, including the USA, UK, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan, UAE, and Egypt, have already completed their registration. The event is expected to draw an estimated 125,000 visitors or more.

IPAMA’s marketing team has been tirelessly promoting the event through roadshows, trade fairs, and industry meets across the country. A notable recent initiative was a roadshow in Kathmandu, Nepal, held on December 13, 2024, which attracted over 350 industry representatives.

In the series of promotional meets, on November 29, 2024, in Bengaluru, event was held in conjunction with the Karnatka Offset Printers Association (KOPA).

Suresh Kumar Treasurer of IPAMA shared key details about PRINTPACK INDIA, highlighting its status as one of the largest exhibitions for the print and packaging industries. He emphasized the event’s role in showcasing innovations, creating networking opportunities, and driving industry growth.

In addition to the exhibition, a conference organized by the Association of Print Technologies (formerly NPES) will take place, offering further opportunities for knowledge-sharing and networking. Complimentary services for exhibitors and visitors, including bottled water and shuttle services from Botanical Garden Metro Station to the venue, will also be provided.

Pratham Technologies to debut four products at the show

Pratham Technologies is set to showcase a Pharma folder, a commercial folder and a carton feeder. “Along with that, we are also going to talk about various automation solutions we would like to propose for the future. Live demonstrations will include: Automatic Pile Feeder (53 cm) with slitter: With 4-fold cross folding,slitting concept, taping unit, and vertical stacker for collection; Feeder Leaflet on Carton; and Commercial Paper Folder for Book Folding Applications,” told Datta Deshpande, Founder and President of Pratham Technologies. “All these four showcased products are new launches at Printpack India 2025. These innovations are to provide unique and efficient solutions for: Pharmaceutical Paper Folding, Book Folding Applications, and Inspection and Automation Needs. Emerging Graphics to debut small-format Focus inkjet printer and other big showcases

Dubai-headquartered Emerging Graphics with its Indian head office at Navi Mumbai is launching Focus Cobra 691 digital inkjet printer, a small-format inkjet system for boxes, corrugated boards, etc at PRINTPACK INDIA 2025. This new inkjet printer is designed to print graphics in resolution of 1200dpi using HP printheads. It can operate to print graphics up to 17” width in single pass.

Alongside the launch of the new flagship Focus Inkjet Printer, Emerging Graphics will be showcasing a host of other cutting-edge machines including an iECHO BK4-1312 digital cutting machine, Focus Cobra 691 digital printer as well as live demonstration of pre-press software like EngView CAD software and PaSharp graphic suite. Kodak to highlight innovative solutions for high-quality, sustainable and efficient printing

Mimaki to showcase at Printpack for the first time

“At Print Pack India 2025, we are excited to showcase an array of Mimaki’s latest and most advanced printing technologies. This includes the newly launched JFX200-1213 UV Flatbed Printer, CFX-2513 Mimaki’s industrial flatbed cutting machine, a range of UV Roll-to-Roll Printers, and Eco Solvent Printing Machines.Visitors can experience live demonstrations of all the machines we will display during the exhibition. Highlights include braille printing for signages, bottle printing, wallpaper printing, and sticker, decal, and label printing on UV with embossing and stunning 2.5D effects. Additionally, our industrial cutting plotter will showcase its V-Cut function, along with precision cutting of boards and mono cartons,” shares Neha Pruthi of Mimaki India Pvt. Ltd.

Also on offer will be Mimaki CJV200-160, a newly launched Eco Solvent Print and Cut machine and a state-of-the-art rotary printing machine, capable of printing on flat and tapered cylindrical objects with 360-degree precision and faster throughput. “These innovations are tailored to meet diverse customer demands and expand application possibilities,” she adds.

Nippon Color to debut Oyang’s Pixelprint HD Series digital inkjet book printing machines

Akshat Pardiwala, COO, Nippon Color, shares, “At Printpack India 2025, we will be launching Oyang’s Pixelprint HD Series Digital Inkjet Book Printing Machines, a revolutionary solution for publishing on-demand. This cutting-edge technology offers both monochrome and full-color printing options, allowing customers to choose between: a width of 440mm for printing 2-ups of A4 sheets and a width of 660mm for printing 3-ups of A4 sheets. The first machine is set to be installed in India soon after Printpack 2025.”

The Oyang’sPixelprint HD Series addresses the challenges of printing books on-demand, even in quantities as low as one book. With its high productivity, the machine can print over 50,000 A4 sheets per hour, making it ideal for both short and medium print runs. Key innovative features include: high-Definition Printheads to deliver superior print quality at 600 x 1200 dpi resolution as standard, Dual-Color Printing Advantage, Meteor UK Control Boards, and Heavy-Duty Harlequin RIP. The Oyang’sPixelprint HD Series effectively bridges the gap between traditional offset printing and toner-based digital technology, addressing key challenges faced by converters and printers.

“The Oyang Pixelprint HD Series has already achieved remarkable success, with over 200 installations worldwide. For the Indian market, we are excited to announce that we have recently signed an exclusive distributorship agreement with Oyang, and the first machine in India is set to be installed immediately after Printpack in February 2025,” he shares.

“Besides, we will be showcasing two more products at Printpack 2025. First, we will be displaying the latest Cron CTP machine which provides users with the lowest cost of operation due to its individual laser diode technology. The new G+ model is a new enhanced version of Cron’s popular model G that benefits from adding automation features, improved stability, and increased flexibility to add autoloaders, punching and multi-direction transport bridges. Cron offers both Thermal as well as UV CTCP technology in multiple formats. Second is the VD330 digital label finisher which has received an immense success when we introduced it this year. It is a all-in-one digital label finisher which uses blades to finish labels and eliminates the need of purchasing dies/punches for cutting. We have already installed 11 finishers with 4 more already in transit to India,” concludes Akshat.

Megabound to showcase 20 machines including a bunch of new launches

Bengaluru-headquartered Megabound is set to showcase 20 machines including a bunch of new launches at its colossal stall of 470sqm in area at PRINTPACK INDIA 2025. N Srinivasa Reddy, Director-Marketing, Megabound, announces, “Along with the 20 different machines we are demonstrating at PRINTPACK INDIA 2025, there will be exclusive unwrapping of new Fully Automatic Case Maker, Box Assembling Machine, and Spine Cutter.” He adds that the new Megabound machines that have to be launched at the show are efficiently designed and engineered with upgraded features and capabilities.

We have undergone a series of EU (European Union)’s certifications on safety protocols and product designs of our machines,” mentions Reddy, adding that he just returned from a business trip to Romania where Megabound’s customer base is gradually expanding.

Zund India showing G3 Series digital cutter for the first time in India

Zund India is all set to showcase its G3 Series digital cutting machine for the first time in India at PRINTPACK INDIA 2025 R. The G3 Series model to be showcased at the company’s stall is G3 L 2500, which is a perfectly engineered digital cutter capable to cut substrates of 1.8m wide with no limitation of length.

“In addition to the G3 L 2500 digital cutter, we will be showcasing a host of Zund Software solutions to improve overall efficiency and productivity of entirecutting process at our stall during the show,” announces Prasanna Venkatesh, Managing Director, Zund India Pvt Ltd.Zund’slatest versions of Digital Cutting Software Solutions are designed to help users stream linethe cutting process thereby improving the top-line.

The SC 285s and EC 2100s 5-color digital production presses support a wide range of paper sizes, from 90×146 mm to a maximum of 330×1300 mm, with a thickness range of 52-400 GSM. Konica Minolta to debut AccurioPress 14010S

KOMORI India to present latest machines & more at PRINTPACK INDIA 2025

KOMORI India is all set to present some latest technologies revolving around new machines and more at PRINTPACK INDIA 2025. The company’s stall will flaunt full of print innovations produced by Indian printers and convertors using KOMORI machines. Automation solution will also be on the focus and there will be a dedicated space for it at KOMORI India’s stall.

Man Roland to exhibit first time at PRINTPACK INDIA

Man Roland will debut at Printpack this edition. The major attractions at their booth include the virtual demonstrations of their flagship machines, the R700 Evolution and R900 Evolution, showcasing their innovative features and capabilities. The company will also unveil the PressPilot Guide, an AR device designed for remote monitoring and troubleshooting, along with Integration Pilot Plus 2.0, offering enhanced efficiency and automation.
